**About The Author**

KL Humphreys was born in London, England but now lives in Ireland with the love of her life. In a way, the world has him to thank for her Debut Novel. After years of thinking about writing the story that had been dying to get out of her head, she finally confided in her other half. He gave her an enthusiastic "Go for It!" and she started writing it the very next day.
Miss Humphreys loves music, especially pop, R'n'B and rap and if she's writing you will find it playing somewhere nearby. She also loves all romance novels but of course, Romantic Suspense is her go to genre. When she isn't writing it...it's a good bet she is curled up somewhere reading one. If she doesn't have a book in her hand, you might want to check to make sure she isn't sick. When not reading or writing, she loves to spend time with her loved ones especially while watching a football game (that's soccer for you Americans)... COME ON YOU GUNNERS!!!!

Review: Pucked Under

Pucked Under Pucked Under by Helena Hunting
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

When I heard that Helena was coming out with more of Randy and Lily I totally fangirled all over the place. There may have been actual squealing. Whatever. All I know is that I got more Randy and that makes me a very happy girl.

Clearly these two are amazing and I can never say enough about them. In many ways, I feel as if I can relate to Lily so maybe that is why these characters are my favorite. Then again, Randy.

This is a nice little adventure into the world of Randy and Lily once they've officially entered boyfriend/girlfriend status. It is hilarious, hot, and upsetting all at once. Randy's dad makes an appearance and it's completely unwelcome. Randy has no issue letting that be known to him. After some struggles and misunderstandings, Lily gives him a choice. Wanna see how that one works out? Read the book!

So, here are some cute snippets that I enjoyed (I know this because I've highlighted them) and I hope you enjoy them too!

"Hey, I'm Randy."
"Hey, hi. Finlay."
He takes my offered palm.
"I'm Lily's boyfriend. She lives with me. In my house." Lily makes a sound like she's choking, or coughing, or both. I glance at her. I don't think that was the right thing to say.

Miller makes Sunny sit in the backseat because he thinks it's safer. Then he settles into the SUV and proceeds to text her every five minutes for the first half hour of the trip to make sure she's okay. We can see the truck right next to us on the highway.

"I think it's a game, like cat and mouse. I just can't figure out who's the cat and who's the mouse."

I loved everything in this book. I know it's because I love Randy though. So, if you love Randy too, you should totally read this. If you want to see where Vi and Alex are, read this. Wanna know more about Sunny and Miller, read this. Want to know what the deal is with Charlene and Darren? No. I don't blame you there. Just kidding! I want to know too!

Review: AREA 51: Pucked Series Deleted Scenes & Outtakes

AREA 51: Pucked Series Deleted Scenes & Outtakes AREA 51: Pucked Series Deleted Scenes & Outtakes by Helena Hunting
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What do I think? Why Goodreads, I'm so glad you asked!

Area 51 is all the stuff you didn't know was missing. It's all the stuff you didn't realize you needed until you picked it up and read it. It's ALL THE THINGS!!

Okay, maybe I'm a bit partial because there isn't anything Helena Hunting puts out there that I don't absolutely love. Or maybe I'm partial because this was my first Helena series and I can't get enough of those Pucked boys. Either way, this is gold. And even better, it's FREE. Seriously. Who does that?

This lovely collection offers up deleted scenes from Pucked, Pucked Up, and Pucked Over.
Here are some of my favorite things from the Pucked and Forever Pucked sections:
"Me too. I especially like eating you on it. Maybe tomorrow I'll have you for breakfast."

"I love you. But all your sweet-talking still isn't going to get the Super MC Area 51 access."

The deleted scene from Pucked Up? Just the whole motherpucking thing. Seriously, Buck can never catch a break and this entire bathroom/airplane/phone scene is the funniest thing I've read in ages. You should read it too.

And on to Randy, my absolute favoritest book boyfriend ever in the history of book boyfriends. *Sigh*
Now, I like Randy for all the normal reasons: gorgeous, tattooed, bearded, hot, hockey-player status, but the real reasons I like Randy come from his tender moments. The moments when he is excited to see Lily and when he can't wait to touch her, hold her, smell her. It's those moments that I love. And when we see these things from Randy's POV---because that's what we're getting here--it makes me love him that much harder. So, here are the clips I enjoyed the most:
From the laundry room scene
I barely let her in the door before I pick her up and crush her against me. I know, without a doubt, that I'm way more invested than I should be in this girl, but I can't seem to give a fuck right now.

Her entire body goes still for a fraction of a second, and then she shakes hard, like she's trying to control it. But she can't, just like I can't control this thing happening with her. And if I don't get to be in control, neither does she.

And the way she's looking at me, like I'm the only one who exists in her world, is the reason I want to keep her.

Because Helena is amazing and gave everyone what they wanted--or maybe Randy is just super persistent and she had to let him tell his side--she wrote the BJ scene from Randy's POV. We get the scene leading up to the phone call from Violet and then we get the BJ and a little background info from Randy. It's amazing. It's also hard for me to believe that when people ask me what my favorite scene from Pucked Over is, I tell them the BJ scene. Give it to me from Randy's POV and I'm even more in love.

Review: Pucked

Pucked Pucked by Helena Hunting
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

If I thought this book was amazing the first time, it doesn't hold a candle to how I feel about it this time around. How did I not realize that listening to Alex and Vi would be better than reading about Alex and Vi? How?!
And that accent on Alex? Yum. I have no clue what it is or why I feel like he sounds a bit Irish, but I'll let it go because I'm junk with accents and I find this one dreamy.
And Vi! This chick is great! Seriously. I can't get enough of her.
I laughed out loud throughout the majority of this book. I looked like a lunatic laughing while driving down the road. I don't even care.
And when Charlene says "bless you" and hands Vi a tissue the first time she hears the word Guelph, I died. All. The. Deads. Because I couldn't stop laughing.

Oh! Oh, oh, oh. How in the hell can one even describe the locker room scene properly? That scene is HAWT. I mean, I enjoyed it the first time, but hearing it come out of a man's mouth? Pardon me while I go change into something a little less...constricting.

I had a good time with this. So happy I revisited Alex and Vi. Next up is Buck and Sunny. And then my absolute favorite, Randy. Oh, and Lily. She's there too.

Blurb
The first time I met Chase Parker, I didn’t exactly make a good impression.
I was hiding in the bathroom hallway of a restaurant, leaving a message for my best friend to save me from my awful date.
He overheard and told me I was a bitch, then proceeded to offer me some dating advice.
So I told him to mind his own damn business—his own tall, gorgeous, full-of-himself damn business—and went back to my miserable date.
When he walked by my table, he smirked, and I watched his arrogant, sexy ass walk back to his date.
I couldn’t help but sneak hidden glances at the condescending jerk on the other side of the room.  Of course, he caught me on more than one occasion, and winked.
When the gorgeous stranger and his equally hot date suddenly appeared at our table, I thought he was going to rat me out.
But instead, he pretended we knew each other and joined us—telling elaborate, embarrassing stories about our fake childhood.
My date suddenly went from boring to bizarrely exciting.
When it was over and we parted ways, I thought about him more than I would ever admit, even though I knew I’d never see him again.
I mean, what were the chances I’d run into him again in a city with eight million people?
Then again…
What were the chances a month later he’d wind up being my new sexy boss?
