In
one swift move, he had her pressed against the wall, his mouth hovering above
her own. The rough stone behind her barely registered as she licked her lips in

Maddie Bauers is smart, driven, and extremely serious

success. Micah Preston, is just as driven and
talented. Both are determined and unrelenting
when it comes to sacrificing
everything to accomplish their dreams. Success, and acclaim
within the film
industry. Micah, acting and becoming a huge movie star, and Maddie ultimately,
directing her own films. When they first
meet, their attraction is palatable. Years
later it has not
diminished, not in the slightest.
Take Two is as sexy as it is fun. It’s a fast, easy read.
It’s a complete departure from the Fixed
Series. Coming off of a severe book
hangover this is a perfect choice. Laurelin Paige gives us
scorching sex scenes
and sexual chemistry that is out of this world.
This all being said, even
when in the midst of the hottest and tingle
inducing scenes, you always left wanting for more.
One scene takes place in a
club, surrounded by people, and HOLY HELL, HAWT!!!!

in their own ways. They are both
equally stubborn, and hard headed, it makes
for some spectacular banter and tension. The
writing is flawless and smart, the
pacing perfection.
What is most enjoyable about Take Two, it’s an
intelligent, fun, light, super sexy, read. Your
lady parts will tingle; you’ll swoon,
sigh, and fall in love with both Maddie and Micah. I mean
how can you not love a standalone read,
with a strong, sexy, smart, lady lead and a sexier than
